My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

When One Come, All Will Come

Since I've been ranting about camera, there is something that will come at your back and will bite a big chunk of your money away. That's right. While fidgeting on the decision of getting a camera, a webpage, Articulate-X came to my attention and it gave me the best deal for the website. Argh! Why this one has to come on a time like this? My brain is already prioritized to process the camera information while this web-hosting is suddenly given a higher priority. Double Argh!

I went for camera-price-hunting yesterday looking for the Canon S1 IS and decided to check it out at One Stop. The store keeper came in, slap the price RM 3500! I was appalled! He even gave me the camera to touch and feel. The usual retail market price usually goes for RM 1999 but I asked him and he said it was that standard price and there will be no discount on that.

Not giving up easily, I tried another shop, Gurney Plaza, and the 3/4th level (below Chopper Board) and indeed I was given quite a reasonable price: RM 1800 (as opposed RM 1999). A trip down to the basement to President Foto and found that they offered the best price, RM 1580! Another check for and upgrade of CF card, the shop can top up for another RM 200. Hmm, at least now we're getting somewhere...

Perhaps I might want to wait for the next PC/Camera fair and take a look on the price drop.
