My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Tons of Escalation

Going crazy over this job. That's the worst part of my job, you actually have to be cleaning some people's mess. Here's the scenario: the projector we're supposed to send shouldn't come with a bulb. And as usually the trouble is there's a bulb during the delivery. A faulty one at that. Not only that, the stupid delivery guy has to stop the customer from exchanging to bulb. What the heck... customer is supposed to be exchanging the bulb for themselves. And the delivery guy, being a smart alec, commented that the customer is violating the agreement between them and my company.

The stupid delivery guy then seek the help of his manager and both of them tried to deny the incident. Not only that, the customer was pretty pissed that the new system is giving problem as well. This jurisdiction falls under the QA side. Wish I could just hang him naked and pour honey near to bee hives. Because of their inefficient, the particular unit has caused us a whole lot of problem and possibly affecting the business to the company.

I consulted our level 2 technician and he's also given up on them. At least he gives me the support I need. I have no qualm on completing my job properly as long I have some good backup for assurance. Like some of my other bosses from my ex-company, we're dropped to the service-line either to sink or swim. Sometimes I couldn't help but wonder: Why there are some bosses who would see that rather than to take time to evaluate his subordinate whether they are qualified for the job at the first place?
