Today already got some cases with our projector shipment. Still suspected our QA guys didn't do the job but our level 2 said the shipment comes directly from the manufacturer, has nothing to do with them. Escalated a few cases and I'll make sure someone's is going down for this issue that we're facing.
Also have to call back a few customers after lunch. *sigh* This is due to the case followup, don't know why there escalations, cases or even the calls in will occur more than once. If there's one customer who called, there'd surely be 3-4 calls following.
We have check out the statistics and found out the same trend goes to the escalation. If there's one escalation, more are sure to follow although they maybe facing different problems altogether. Too tired to figure out the statistics now. Have to go to lunch. Hungry like hell...
