My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Never Listen To Instruction Properly

I encountered some customers never actually listen to instructions properly. Already they have demonstrated their ignorance when they have reached to our toll free telephony options. I did an experiment not only 1 but already more than 10 customers and these are the people that have caused a lot of misc calls.

Customer: "My computer got problem."
Me: "Ma'am is it a desktop or a notebook?"
Customer: "I don't know."

This clearly showed ignorant customer. Very simply they do not take note of the product that they've bought. It's like buying a car but do not know what model. For example:

Customer: "My car got problem."
Mechanic: "Which car?"
Customer: "Proton lar."
Mechanic: "Well, you got to know your model, like for example: Saga, Iswara, Wira, etc..."
Customer: "I don't know lar, I just know it cannot start."

However, the problem doesn't just end there. Even after you have established the model and try to get them to call to the correct line, they still face the same issue. Let me give an example:

Me: "Just redial this same line and push option 2"
Customer: "What's the number ar?"
Me: "Well, the same number that you've just dialled."
Customer: "What number I dial?"

Okay, that case I cannot determine whether customer has a low IQ or he has just suffered permanent brain damage. Another example:

Me: "Okay, just redial 1 800 xxx xxx and push option 2"
Customer: "Okay..." *TOOOOOOT*
Me: "Ma'am, what did you just do?"
Customer: "I just push option 2 lor."
Me: "No, listen carefully, you have to put down the phone, dial 1 800 xxx xxx and push option 2."
Customer: "Oooo like that har, say so lar earlier!"

*sigh* And they continue to shorten many lives of our technical support agents...

p/s: Fuminari is strangling me now for not crediting him the car issue. Okay okay, here's your credit *choke* *choke*

each and everyone of them deserved to be put down so that they would not further contaminate the gene pool!

Supposed to get some info from this client-about what they want, what they need in their software. But from the first meeting and the subsequent one, I don't think they know how their business is supposed to run to.
