My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 The Bachelor

The first time I heard of the series The Bachelor, I have throught it was derived from the movie The Bachelor starring Chris O'Donnell. Turns out it was the reality-type series something like For Love Or Money or Joe Millionaire. I watched for a while and it was left with 3-4 girls left for the millionaire guy. I don't know, why would someone really go for those type of gameshow for love? Doesn't love comes from an individual really finds another living individual and thus become soul mates? I really cannot watch the show.

Then they have this new show called Next Action Hero. Another reality-type gameshow. Why all these shows appear? What started by Survivor has spawned a whole new generation of a nightmare series for the primetime. Don't they have any new ideas for series? 24 is perfectly a good show. It has some innovation where everything happens in real time. Although it's a little over-exaggeration but it was good by standard. CSI (Crime Scene Investigator) is another great series that has been brought to the primetime. Based partially on some real cases, the show really put viewers on how these behind-the-scene forensics people work. It was great, provide entertainment, and at the same instill some knowledge to the TV viewer.

Looking back to those reality-type show, I was surprised that they generated a lot of viewers. Don't know why but a lot of my colleagues really went crazy over watching the show. They wanted to go back just to see some people getting sad over a challenges that they cannot pass. I was wondering: what is wrong with the people?

Aw don't mind me. Just another rambling again from an old man.
