My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Perimeter

Officer: "But Legate, surely you know by taking the frame into enemy territory, we're endangering a lot of human life!"

Me: "I'm fully aware of the implication, officer! This is not open for debate. I will present this to the Spirit Council and they will agree the matter over to me."

The poor officer was left defenseless. He looked at me with his sore eyes. I couldn't blame him. Trying to handle a frame movement not only require skilled hand-eye coordination but also it saps the pilot's mental. For nearly 3 days our frame has been stranded in the Omega-Sis dimension with no way out. We erected enough power to the portal but still there was no indication that it would be powered up. Our last trajectory showed us that we are in the vicinity of the Omega world but this world looks nothing like it.

The technician stayed up night and day trying to figure out why the dimensional gate won't work even when we've feed enough power. I finally figured out that there must be a input line to activate the portal. I have confided this matter over the Spirit Council and they went over to the Spirits. The Spirits has advised them to look for the input line. They have no idea where's the input line. But I figured out where it should be. The exact point.

Remember the Exodus. Do not become a rogue Legate...

Those words were chanted by my mentor all the time. Finally it was time to leave. The frame gives a large grumble as it floats over to the enemy territory. We have lots of defenders and attackers by our side and many of the scourge were laid waste on our wake. Finally the frame arrived at the exact point that I have commanded and we immediately erected a few power pillars. Not to my surprise, the portal on the other side of the mountain begins to exhibit activities that me, or anyone on this journey have seen before....

It was too late when suddenly a large swarm of enemy Scourge came charging into the field. I have no choice but to activate the perimeter shield. It rose up like a hot water spring before the field was spread equally to a sphere. We're safe from the Scourge. For now. As long as the power holds.

p/s: Perimeter is a new breed of RTS that has lots of tactical maneuvering & strategy employment. For more information, visit Codemaster or the official website.
