My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Retarded Customers On The Prowl

Oh my, the second day of Raya* and we have a bunch of idiots calling at the other line. And these degenerates don't waste their punches either.

Call 1
Me: "Thank you for calling Technical Support..."
Customer: "Hallo Hallo? Can you speak Mandarin?"

I'm pissed. Who on Earth would buy a reputable computer product from the US and expect it's Technical Support to speak in Mandarin?

Me: "No we don't support Mandarin for this section, we only support..."
Customer: "Oh, Hallo? Hallo? Yeah, I have a problem about my internet..."

What the hell? Who is he to own the internet... And the idiot has the nerve to cut in while I was talking!

Me: "May I know what is the product you're talking about?"
Customer: "Oh my product ar? Internet Explorer la!"
Me: "No, that's the browser. Which computer models you're referring to?"
Customer: "What's a computer model?"

Oh God! I don't think I deserve such a spastic call in the morning!

Me: "We have lots of products such as desktops, notebooks, workstation & servers. Which is the one you're referring to?"
Customer: "Mine is Windows XP."

God damn! If God created man in His own image, why this one could be so stupid?

Me: "Sir, we have lots of product at hand. Our support personnel are divided into teams which will support each product..."
Customer: "Product ar? What's a product?"
Me: "Like I said, we have desktops, notebooks, workstation & servers."
Customer: "Oh... Oh like that ar? Ok la nevermind. I'll call again..."

*click* close the call. I wonder how brain dead this fella can be?

Call 2

Me: "Thank you for calling Technical Support..."
Customer: "Oh, I got a desktop..."

You're goddamn, woman! Now what are you doing calling our line? I got tired of them so I simplify my line:

Me: "Ma'am, you've reached to the projector support."
Customer: "Oh, sorry. By the way... what's a projector?"

Oh no! Okay, make it simple for her and shoo her away!

Me: "You know those projector that you see in the cinema? Same thing except they're on a smaller scale."
Customer: "Oh okay, bye."

Saved! At least not so bad as the first call.
