Fuminari received a call today from some idiotic Sales in Singapore and they asked him to call the customer over a small matter. He was furious as there are only two of us working on the support and these idiots from Sales expect us to call customer. Not only that, we used to inform the Sales that we're Call Centre, not a Call OUT Centre. Obviously, these idiots didn't even bother to check if we have enough manpower to make that call.

The case was escalated up to our manager and she was chasing Fuminari over the case. I guess he was pissed to the fact that our manager allied themselves to outsiders rather than supporting their own underlings in our base operation. *sigh* It still goes back to the same hypothesis equation:
