I realized that this time of the year is unlucky for many people. My father was hospitalized over the accident while my grandmother had a small operation to clear out her artery. A friend of mine living in KL (yes, it's the dreaded Hekaunic), had similiar problem as mine. His mother fell off and need an operation. His cousin suffered an accident and has to be hospitalized as well and went through some critical condition. Another friend's brother passed away in an automobile accident while his grandmother also went through difficult times.

It's been tough of life but I guess there's always ups and downs. No one can escape such fate. There will come a time when a person will just have to bear with the challenges in life.

Another friend also faced the same issue. Remember the guy (1, 2, 3) that has a crush on the girl that never communicates with him? Well, recently too his father was hospitalized in an accident and had to be admitted ICU more than a month! He was knocked down by a car and went through two operations on his left & right skull! Now entering the 7th week and guess what? The girl never even call him or leave any SMS to check on him. Is that what he wants in that girl?

This friend called me over the phone, explaining his predicament. I told him to forget the girl. This is not a girl he is looking for since she has problem even to 'call' him. He admitted that he has been foolish. I told him there is no point continue on since this relationship depends only on one party to hold. I'm not sure whether he'll take my advice but I think this girl has really crushed my friend's heart.

I never seen a person who is so wrapped up to their own business that they never stop to look around for those people who cared about them. I guess there are some people who just simply have problem communicating...
