My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Head Noddin'

After lunch. Those are the time where everyone will fall asleep. The drowsiness swept over your like a blanket of darkness and you'll be fighting within yourself to keep awake. There some instances where you decided to let go and just drop your head towards the table.

These are the instances that I hear so much. However I guess I'm one of the 1% that doesn't face this particular problem. I'm not sure why but drowsiness after lunch was never an issue. I used to sleep after lunch when I'm still schooling but after a particular age, this problem doesn't bother me anymore..

In fact, I have a timer built in. Exactly at 7am I'd wake up. The worst I can do is sleeping up to 9am. However I'd only sleep late or felt the drowsiness if I was lacking sleep a day before. The bad point is that I usually tend to sleep early at night, from 10pm to 11pm... Wondered if that's the cause...

A quick check to Google and found the nature was caused by imbalance of sugar in the body. Refined carbohydrate can release a certain chemical that will cause the brain to feel drowsiness & sleepiness. Hmm, sounds like those people really need to watch their diet. I too have to watch my diet. I've been getting too fat these days. I got to really go work out on the weekends...
