My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Manic Wednesday

Oh god, the first call in the morning and I've already encountered an idiot...

Me: "Thank you for calling Technical Support..."
Customer: "Hallo? Hallo? Apa you cakap?" (Hallo? Hallo? What are you saying? - customer cannot understand English)

Yes, the idiot actually mention hallo instead of hello. What can I say? An idiot will always be an idiot.

Me: "Ya? Apa boleh saya bantu?" (Yes, what can I do you for?)
Customer: "Mana itu Ong? Dia boleh cakap Cina!" (Where's Ong? He can speak Chinese!)
Me: "Encik sudah tekan line yang salah. Yang nie untuk support projector saje..." (Sir, you've dailed the wrong option. This is for projector support only)
Customer: "Ada itu Ong yang cakap Cina..." (There's this Ong that speak Chinese...)

Oh shit, I don't deserve an idiotic call in the morning. What is this? Suddenly all Tom, Dick and Harry start calling in our support line? Jeeze, this guy's already an idiot and my dear reader knows how I loath & despise idiots.

Me: "Di sini takde Ong. Dulu encik dial nombor ape?" (There is no one name Ong here. Previously what option you dialed?)
Customer: "Saya tekan butang 4 la!" (I pushed option 4!)

Bullshit. We can immediately detect a lying customer but a head-on bullshit will earn customer no points. Definately this idiot is lying, even up to the extend of selling his own mom.

Me: "Saya sudah kerja sini 2 tahun tapi takde Ong." (I've been working here for 2 years but there's no one by the name of Ong.)
Customer: "Kalau begitu takpe la." (In that case nevermind then.)

*click* the phone line went dead. What an asswipe bastard. I usually never looked down upon a person before but somehow this idiot is an exception.

Do you get most of the calls from overseas or local?

Well, a major of them are from Singapore. Malaysian are less headache. However, some Malaysians do give us some hard time sometimes.
