Well, some customers really put you in a difficult situation that you wonder what is it all about at the first place. Don't get what I mean? Here's one example...
Me: "Than you for calling Technical Support."
Customer: "Look I have a projector problem..."
Me: "Okay, guess we shouldn't have problem replacing it."
Customer: "When will the new replacement arrive?"
Me: "Well, I guess it's as early as tomorrow."
Customer: "Tomorrow? I got to work it out by lunch time!"
Me: "Yes, I'm aware of that but you have to see we usually our guys will receive the order by the end of the day..."
Customer: "
I know I know. I know you your system work and I wouldn't want to put you in a difficult situation but please,
I'M BEGGING YOU!!!"
Me: "I understand but you have to see..."
Customer: "Which part of it that you don't understand?
I WANT THE PART TODAY!"
Me: "But you just said you know how we work..."
Customer: "Don't get technical with me, young man..."
Now what's wrong with the conversation above?
