My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

Caught This Bloody Liar Part II

Liar liar pants on fire! As my previous post indicated, that this idiot has received a new unit and true enough the problem is duplicated on the new unit. What does this tell you? That means our PDA unit is working as designed!

However, being a kiasu1 person from kiasu land2, this idiot actually went to our Customer Service and escalated this case and expected to receive a brand new upgraded unit for his trouble. Not willing to loose out, this idiot even asked for extra accessories. Our in-house escalation team agent came over to my place and asked about the case.

I showed her all there is about this case and even demo'ed the thing in front for her. Since there are no arguement on the technical side of the unit, she'll be bringing some hellfire to the customer's claim. I guess he's trying very hard to con the Customer Service now, not knowing they're working very close with Technical Support for technical advice.

Some people are just greedy and I won't give in to that. Somehow some of our greedy customer never seem to get the concept: "You get what you paid for."

1 Kiasu is derived from the Hokkien word meaning "Scared to lose"

2 Kiasu Land is where all the kiasu people comes from. And the most highly concentrated kiasu people are located in Singapore.
