Yeah, I received many greetings from SMS to email even down to a simple call. Yes it's a new year and we all have new resolutions. As for me, I usually answer with a simple wish and some even I SMS/email to them to refer to this blog.

Sorry as most of my friends called me up exactly at 12 for the New Year. Sorry guys and girls, I'm not kissing anyone at home. Most probably what I did was kissing my pillow as I had an exhausting day because Fuminari took the day off and still showed up at work! Anyway the reason he did that was because of the Performance Review we got to write and the deadline was by 31st December 2004!

Managed to write up a lot of market-speak gimmick like:
1. Deliver performance with little escalation impact
2. Maximizing resource and analyzing various avenues for performance goal
3. Total input to generate positive customer experience

Yeah, those management drone love those type of language. Wonder what would they do without us tech writing all those shit for them?
