My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Great Scott It's A Disaster!

Today I came back after been a while off work and I take a look at my mail box. Surprisingly it reached up to 150 mails. Mein gott.

So I read and segregate my mail. You just gotta segregate them as there are loads of bullshit from the mail ranging from something like case followup, product updates and even up to stupid advertistment like enlarging your penis. Wondered how a SPAM can get past our company's mail is out of my boundaries.

After I reorganized the whole mail, I realized I still have another 50-something mail to process. These are valid mails and really in need of my disposition to resolve the issue. Some of them just need my review and others plainly need my presence so that I can do the job.

Luckily enough, most of my new guys are quite well versed with the support policy so I don't have problem with them. Now the only problems are with Sales with their loony expectation to the customer. And I'm stuck here in the room updating of our stance over some battery issue to a few of our largest customers.

Boring!!!
