Monday is a nightmare. It always is and it always will.
Funkydeco and his team have seen their shares of nightmare and seem to be cornered by various cases ranging from really stupid ones to those really have a bad back-end process. Since he's the member of the new team, I let him handle the stupid ones while I handle the back-end process.
So what makes it so back of the end process that it managed to screw most of our process? Oh well, let's say with the existence of a few stupid people really throw our pendulum way out of proportion. Not only that, because of that our customer's problem are not solved within the promised next business day and it has caused a lot of our delay.
And the problem never seem to originate from one source. In the heat, our own internal people from the back-end are supposed to upload the new information to our database so that it will reflect the new information. Guess what? These people didn't do their job as needed and it has caused further degeneration of the century.
Fuminari too having a headache of his own as he need to coach the new guy while the agents are all in turmoil between learning new stuff and handling incoming problems hurled at them. So I tried my best to give this team the best, because me and Fuminari has been building this team for 2 years and it's hard for me to digest if it crumbles down on the new team.
