I was surprised when initially this picture (or some equivalent) was circulated through the mail. As you know, most of them were photoshopped to make believe to a certain extend that the device does exist. So I practically ignored the mail until I stumbled upon this particular webpage where they review this existing technology.

Sound surprised?

Not quite, after been working in Technical Support for 4 years, nothing surprises me anymore. However, the fact remained that this is an existing unit that is going to come around within this year. Who knows, your neighbour might already owned them already!
