My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Documentation

*sigh* Even Project Three was completed, I still have lots of followup in regards of the project. Neo, our illustrated savior of Technical Support, adviced me to establish a complete process with no backdoor possible. He drew out a simple flowchart and the escalation agent managed to finish the flowchart sooner than I expected. After he showed me the flowchart, he asked me where to put it.

I never thought of the backend process before, so I decided to do some documentation. If some of you remembered about Project One's documentation, I decided to copy the document with the appropriate format and then just fill in the necessary information regarding Project Three's stuff. Then I gave the document to the escalation agent that drew the flowchart and asked him to copy the whole flowchart into the documentation in order to make it complete. I even put in some note so that they will put in the correct credit, because since I've been in the bad spot before, I understand how it feels to be taken for granted for a job well done.
