Today I came in to support our ANZ customers and I was here quite early. Now as soon as the clock ticked 9, our system will automatically route my support to the Malaysia & Singapore. Imagine to my surprise that when I see the clock 08:59:59 when the phone started ringing.
Me: "Thank you fo..."
Customer: "Hallo? Hallo? Technical support yea?"
Me: "Yes?"
Customer: "I got a problem with my PDA. Hallo? Hallo?"
Me: "Can I have the serial number first?"
Customer: "Er... wait ar.... Where got?"
Me: "Well it's on...."
Customer: "Oh ya got it! Got it! Hallo? Hallo?"
Me: "I'm still here."
Customer: "Here is it... xxxxxxx"
Bloody stupid customer. I reckon that this moron don't call us for a social chit chat.
Customer: "Hallo? Hallo?"
Me: "Don't worry, I'm still here!"
What's wrong with this idiot these days?
Customer: "Ah okay, I cannot get pass this screen lar..."
Me: "What does the screen say?"
Customer: "Tap and hold at the Doctor's appointment at 9 pm and click Copy."
Me: "So?"
Customer: "What do I do ar?"
Felt like taking a large cutter and cascrate this idiot!
