My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

IT Monkeys Are At It Again!

Alright, came in early in the morning and tried to connect to our internal company messenger. It cannot be connected. It gives the error because the 'Service is temporarily unavailable'. Hell, more problems from the monkey who's handling our network.

Then my twin1 from US then forwarded an email from our IT monkeys saying that my system is infected with a virus. And guess what, they asked me to do a patch! Checked and found my desktop is running Windows XP SP1 (which is prepared by the IT monkeys by the way) and they have the audacity to send a mail like this.

After patching the system, I thought the problem has been fixed. Found out my Anti Virus is not running. Argh, now I have to waste my time calling them up to ask them about Anti Virus. And the idiot helpdesk on the other line said: "I'll get someone to attend to you." Go figures. And they dare to say they can support our customers better than us.

Checked on our internal messenger. Still not working. Go figures.

1 He is considered so because we have the same login name. Though we have to use different emails but our login continues to be the same. And because of that, many people, ranging from IT monkeys to management drones always have trouble of checking the credential in the global directory and therefore, they always sent the mail to the wrong guy.
