My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 No Lunch

Okay, today there's a lot of calls from customer. Especially on Mondays. Ever wonder why this happened? Are the customers so desperate to a point that they must have computer problems every Saturdays & Sundays? Well, I guess that's the problem when we sell the lowest price around. Every Tom, Dick and Harry wants to own a piece and guess their intelligence and mentalities are not prepared for what's installed for them. All they know is that if there is a problem, the heavenly Technical Support would just blow the problem away.

Yeah right. Blow me.

So we have this a management drone who's doing the phone management of our telephony. He/She will be the one shuffling agent between queues so that it the affected queue won't suffer if there is a call spike. And guess what. Since everybody is busy except for me and Fuminari, they decided to take him off the queue to support the notebooks. I didn't say this is back but on a Monday, some idiot will just call in without knowing what's his system and with me alone in the queue, I'll be drowned when the idiots decided to call.

And the management drone doesn't seem to know what this would do to our queue. If such things were to happen (it has happened before), all we do is to have a lower performance by the end of the day. And these idiots never realize that a sinking tugboat can do nothing to help a sinking oil tanker.

Just go figures. Therefore, I gotta take my lunch in the office. Jeeze!
