My words are my thoughts and I'm a pessimist person who just thinks that Murphy's Law is what defines me. I believe that anything bad that has ever happened will continue to do so. So, if anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway...

It looks like a bunch of garbled text, huh? Well, you can actually learn how to decode using by reading this post.

If you hate challenges, you might want to try jlys@[remove-this]tm.net.my but I only used this sparingly as it's the primary target for junk mails.

 Long Winded Customer

Some customers are just plain stupid while some are just pain in the ass (PITA). Recently this bastard called in and took nearly about 1 1/2 hour of my time, lamenting about his stuff. You see, this idiot found the software is working slowly on his PDA while the same software runs normally on his friend's PDA. A quick investigation reveals his colleague is an old XScale 400Mhz system with Pocket PC 2003 while this idiot's system has XScale 624 Mhz with Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition.

Now, the customer and I were talking about Betaplayer and the bastard seems to know what I'm talking about. He even consent that it's true the same software can run better on the older system but not on the new ones because they are not written for the code. And yet this idiot still told me he is not satisfied.

Why can't this bloody bugger understand that he hates the hardware because there are no softwares written for it as yet? And yet, this long winded bastard will keep telling he's expecting more of our product and how our product sucks this and that. Felt like giving the car analogy to him again but I know being a long-winded bastard, I'd probably lose my wind halfway before I could tire him...
